Tax Associate Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Join the largest locally-owned CPA firm in Northeast Florida — a proud BDO Alliance USA member that pairs national resources with a close-knit, people-first culture. As a Tax Associate, you’ll keep clients compliant and confident by preparing returns, researching tax matters, and managing documentation from start to finish. It’s meaningful, detail-driven work alongside a collaborative team that invests in your growth. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with filing timelines, information requests, and legal requirements Research, interpret, and clearly explain tax matters, client needs, and paperwork Prepare and file client returns using industry-leading software Requirements 2 years of public accounting tax experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Foundation in tax preparation and compliance Compensation & Benefits Competitive, above-market salary Employer-paid health benefits, 15 days PTO, and 12 paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan 40-hour work weeks with limited seasonal overtime Firm-paid CPE, professional development, gym membership subsidy, CPA Exam fees and support All communications will be treated confidentially to protect your current employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
