Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Dimmitt, TX

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document resident care in compliance with facility policies
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and assessments
- Support a low-acuity environment focused on resident comfort and safety
What You Need:
Required:
- Current RN license in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work night shift
- At least 1 year of LTC or geriatric nursing experience
Preferred:
- Experience working with a low-acuity, Elder care populations
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
