Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Lompoc, CA Setting: Outpatient Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00/6:00 PM, flexible based on clinic needs No weekends / on-call requirements

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a growing outpatient practice in Lompoc, CA. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services.
• Deliver individualized patient care based on clinical needs and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient-centered care while maintaining professional standards.
• Adapt treatment approaches to different patient needs and abilities.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Patient Population

Patients may range from infants through older adults, depending on specialty and clinical needs.

• Pediatrics
• Orthopedics
• Sports Medicine
• General Outpatient Rehabilitation

Typical caseload is approximately 14-16 patients per day, with 30-45 minute appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, as applicable.
• Valid California PT license, or eligibility/willingness to obtain California licensure.
• PTLA candidates may be considered where applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
