Production Operator Quality Control - Greer
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operator Quality Control to work with a leading automotive component manufacturer in Greer. This role involves executing various production stages on an assembly line or within small teams, making it an excellent fit for those looking to build their experience in a structured environment.
Shift Patterns
- Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
- Training: Must train on 1st shift for one week
Pay Rates
- 20.05 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Foundational understanding of production technologies and processes
- Familiarity with quality measurement tools, such as calipers
- Ability to interpret and adhere to Standard Process Instructions
- Ability to safely perform physical requirements, including reaching items stored at heights up to 5 feet
- Must not be a previous employee of BMW Plant as rehires are not accepted
Skills Requirements for Production Operator Quality Control
- Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Physical ability to operate lift equipment with a minimum reach height of 68 inches
Role for Production Operator Quality Control
- Conduct inspections on parts, components, and finished products
- Perform precise gap and flushness evaluations
- Manage the loading and unloading of modules from storage racks
- Identify and escalate non-conformities and deviations
- Assist with root cause analysis and warranty reviews
