Store ManagerThe Store Manager contributes to profitable sales growth by executing the overall store strategy. This includes leading and engaging the team, driving operational and merchandising excellence, developing associates and leaders, and executing sales-building programs that enhance the customer experience and deliver business results.Primary ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceModel, coach, and hold the team accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.Engage with associates and customers to enhance the overall store experience.Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure pricing and signing accuracy.Reinforce service expectations through consistent leadership presence and follow-up.Sales & Business PerformanceAnalyze sales, profit, expense, and performance data to identify opportunities.Communicate business objectives, priorities, and performance results to the team.Strategically drive sales through store walkthroughs, coaching, and leadership interactions.Improve consistency around key performance metrics and execution standards.Participate in peer group discussions to address business trends and share best practices.Team DevelopmentProvide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to associates and leaders.Maintain performance notes and take timely action to address performance gaps.Strengthen each leader's ability to execute business priorities and develop their teams.Use recognition and rewards to reinforce positive behaviors and strong performance.Motivate associates and leadership teams to align with company strategy and goals.Specialty BusinessesLead and support Salon Managers, Beauty Managers, Supervisors, and their teams.Analyze sales, expenses, and performance trends to drive improvements in specialty businesses.Partner with specialty leaders to ensure strong execution, customer engagement, and profitable growth.Performance StandardsSupport shrink, safety, and operational excellence initiatives.Consistently meet established performance standards, including sales, service, profit, productivity, attendance, and leadership expectations.Ensure the store operates in alignment with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.What You GetEligibility for bonus under the Management Incentive Plan.A competitive benefits package, if eligible, including: Medical, dental, and vision benefitsTerm life insurancePaid vacation and holidays*401(k) with company matchAssociate merchandise discount across all Catalyst BrandsAll associates are eligible for an associate discount on merchandise at Catalyst Brands.
