The LVN will play a vital role in patient assessment, medication administration, and supporting clinical operations, ensuring each patient receives safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey./ppThis is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Compensation: $40-$45/hr DOE/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliPerform comprehensive patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner./liliAdminister medications, including injections and IV infusions, following established protocols while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and sterile techniques./liliMonitor patients during treatments for adverse reactions or complications, particularly in infusion therapy settings involving complex conditions like autoimmune disorders or Alzheimers care./liliAssist with medical procedures such as catheterization, venipuncture, tube feeding, and wound suturing under the supervision of healthcare providers./liliCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans focused on patient safety and comfort./liliMaintain accurate medical documentation of patient care activities, medication administration records, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards./liliProvide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment procedures, medication management, and post-care instructions./li/ulh3Experience/h3ulliValid LPN license with current certification to practice in the respective state./liliIV Certified (Required)/liliProven experience in medical-surgical nursing, long-term care, or hospital settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers./liliDemonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth./liliExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in dementia/memory care environments is highly desirable./liliBackground in administering IV infusions, injections, and managing acute pain or infectious disease cases./liliFamiliarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/10), medical terminology, and documentation standards for compliance purposes./liliPrior exposure to hospice care, home community care settings, or outpatient clinics is advantageous./li/ul/div
