Human Resources Expert for AI Research

Role Overview
Human Resources professionals apply HR, compensation, benefits, and executive communications expertise to develop and evaluate business-focused AI training materials, including board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor decks, client proposals, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and review board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, and executive communications for clarity, accuracy, and business impact.
- Develop domain-specific prompts and example inputs for large language model evaluation and training.
- Evaluate and rate LLM-generated responses against business communication and strategy standards.
- Research topics independently, using AI tools to gather, synthesize, and validate domain knowledge.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to refine prompts, evaluation rubrics, and guidance.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Human Resources Assistant; Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist.
- Demonstrated expertise producing high-quality executive and investor-facing materials, such as board presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, and client proposals.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in a business-related field, such as MBA, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management, Communication, or a closely related discipline.
- Comfort and capacity to work asynchronously with distributed AI research teams.
This is a remote, asynchronous role, allowing you to work independently from any location. Hours are flexible, and there is no minimum hourly commitment. Project placement is not guaranteed and will depend on project availability.
CompensationUp to $75/hr (depending on the project)
EligibilityF-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. If your school requires a CPT course enrollment, these projects may not satisfy that requirement. STEM OPT is not supported. Refer to the program help resources for details on supported work authorizations.
