As a Food Prep Specialist, you will play an important role in preparing high-quality food and creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and fellow team members. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Food Prep Specialist, you will:

Prepare cold and hot menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and quality standards
Order and inspect produce
Prepare catering trays
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen maintenance as needed
Follow all company policies and procedures
Consistently follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with other Back of House team members and stations to keep the kitchen running smoothly

No prior restaurant experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
