Responsibilities Capture dynamic video and sound that tells compelling stories from Friday night football games and other sports assignments. Edit highlight packages and feature content under tight deadlines for broadcast, streaming and digital platforms. Operate an ENG vehicle or IP-based live transmission equipment (TVU) when assigned. Set up and execute live shots from game locations when needed. Work independently or alongside reporters and producers to deliver high-quality sports coverage. Contribute creative ideas that enhance sports storytelling across all platforms. Maintain cameras, editing equipment and other assigned gear. Requirements Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in photojournalism, video editing and non-linear editing systems preferred. Strong photography and storytelling skills with an eye for capturing emotion and memorable moments. Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, dependable and available to work Friday evenings throughout the football season. Knowledge of EDIUS or other non-linear editing software preferred. Experience with live broadcasting equipment is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Valid driver's license and ability to operate a news-gathering vehicle. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
