As a Market Associate , you are the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. You will provide a great customer experience in a clean, friendly, fast-paced work environment. Our Market Associates are provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. Full- and part-time work is available to fit almost any schedule. When our customers think “ Ideal Market ,” we want them to immediately think of their favorite employee who greets them each morning, who asks about their day, who has a large coffee and a sausage biscuit waiting on them when they walk in, who simply makes their day “ideal.” That employee could be you.
