Join Team Automotive Group as a Sales Manager where you will lead our dynamic sales team to exceed targets and drive customer satisfaction at our Baton Rouge, LA location. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry to help grow our dealership’s success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales operations and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and finance departments to support sales initiatives and promotional efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Familiarity with automotive sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
