Job Description:

Responsible for various aspects of the production department. Manage and supervise the assigned department and will be overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Position will report directly to the production Assistant Manager. The position must meet the following criteria, and other duties may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor / Direct / Support team members
• Safety / 5S / Quality focus
• Perform related duties as assigned or as situations arise
• Must be employed solely by ATTC Manufacturing (G/L or Above)
• Prior experience working in production a plus
• Flexibility with hours and shifts

Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Above average skills level in current job
• Knowledge of equipment and processes
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership skills preferred
• Able to communicate with both hourly and salary team members
• Train new team members and coach existing team members
• Computer skills Microsoft Office
