Who we’re hiring We seek forward‑thinking, experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who want to practice with autonomy and flexible scheduling. Our providers use a custom‑built EMR and real‑time clinical decision tools designed for ease of use. Contract type: 1099 agreement – Autonomy to create your own schedule – No on‑call or after‑hours work – Nationwide collaboration with psychiatrists – Malpractice insurance covered – Ongoing collaboration with Brightside providers – State‑of‑the‑art tools, AI‑prompted check‑ins, follow‑ups, and more Responsibilities Maintain licensure to prescribe and dispense medications per state and federal law. Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (synchronous video and asynchronous messaging). Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication counseling promptly. Complete charting within 48 hours of a session. Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients. Consistently respond to clinical leadership and be reliable to members. Requirements Active, clear APRN license. Certified Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP required). At least 2 years of autonomous PMHNP practice post‑graduate. Experience in an outpatient setting. Telehealth experience; high comfort with technology. Licensed in 4 + states (preferred). Minimum 8 hours per week availability.
