SEIU is seeking energetic individuals for the Union Organizer-in-Training program in Northern California. The 12-month OIT program places you on organizing campaigns, trains in union organizing fundamentals, and builds skills to empower non-union workers to join unions. This on-site, full-time role requires travel, nights and weekends, and strong communication.
