Safety Coordinator (Full-Time)

Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a safety professional within the construction industry
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Proficiency in health and safety management systems
Preferred Qualifications (Plusses)
- OSHA 500 certification
- CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) certification
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting safety efforts on mission-critical facilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with company, state, and federal OSHA regulations
- Identify and report safety concerns to leadership and escalate risks as needed
- Conduct safety inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain all required safety documentation, including:
- Accident reports
- Inspection reports
- Training logs
- Review daily job hazard analyses (JHAs) and take appropriate action
- Promote a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety standards across the job site
