Job Type: Contract / 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay: 55% of total job amount, paid per job completed — weekly direct deposit

MainLine Maid Services is a residential cleaning company serving Philadelphia's Main Line. We handle the marketing, booking, scheduling, and customer service — you focus on what you do best: providing excellent cleanings. We’re looking to partner with reliable, experienced cleaning contractors who want consistent work without chasing down clients or invoices.

How Pay Works

We pay a flat rate per job — 55% of the total job amount, before taxes. You know exactly what a job pays before you accept it. Faster, better work means you earn more per hour, not less. Payment is weekly by direct deposit.

What You’ll Do

• Provide standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings in customer homes
• Perform a brief walkthrough with the customer at arrival and completion
• Take before/after photos of each job (for quality and your protection)
• Communicate arrival confirmations and any scheduling issues promptly

Requirements — Please Read Before Applying

• Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience
• Your own cleaning supplies (towels/rags, all-purpose cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, oven cleaner, floor cleaner)
• Your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, step stool)
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with the ability to receive schedules, confirm jobs, and send photos
• Business liability insurance, or willing to obtain it before your first job (we can point you to an affordable option)
• Availability to accept 1–2 jobs per day
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check

Schedule

Flexible — you accept the jobs that fit your availability. Most jobs fall Monday–Friday between 8 AM–6 PM.
