Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry
• Lead and collaborate with a strong clinical team
• Maintain high standards of ethical, patient-centered care
• Participate in practice growth and mentorship of clinical team members

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
• 7–12+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Interest in ownership, leadership, and long-term growth
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
