Senior Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 469614

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading key financial processes—including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling—to support strategic decision?making and organizational performance. This role partners closely with leadership to analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support scenario planning, profitability analysis, and long?range planning
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, providing variance explanations and recommendations
• Prepare executive?level reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross?functional teams to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and cost?optimization opportunities
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related functions
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem?solving skills
