Well established business in Buford, GA is looking for an accountant / bookkeeper with QuickBooks. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits.
Computer skills: MS Office Suite with EXCEL & Quickbooks
Experience:
- Financial statement preparation
- Month end close
- Daily cash reports
- GL balancing
- Bank deposits and bank reconciliations
- Prepared and submitted monthly corporate reporting package
- Research and resolve AR/AP discrepancies
- Weekly payroll tax submission
- Audited all mileage and expense reports
- Job cost and billing
- Fixed assets and depreciation
