Overnight Cook

About the Role Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Overnight Cook to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The role involves serving guests with dedication and excitement. Responsibilities Master all menus and food items offered throughout the hotel, supporting Room Service, the Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and established quality standards. Work all stations on the line—including grill, sauté, and cold line—and prepare food items with consistent quality following recipe cards, portion guidelines, and presentation standards. Complete mis en place, set up stations for all meal periods, and properly manage the temperature of meat and fish. Start food items that require advance preparation while ensuring production does not exceed estimated needs. Scale recipes precisely to the gram and operate, maintain, and properly clean all kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat‑top grill). Qualifications One to two years of experience working in Food & Beverage (preferred). Food Handlers Certification required. Work authorization in the United States.
