Key Responsibilities As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive therapy sessions tailored to individual, couples, and families to meet their specific mental health needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, coupled with a valid state license (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) and certification as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. A minimum of two years of direct experience in a counseling or related mental health field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant healthcare technologies. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
