Education Program Consultant (Continuous Improvement - Keystone)

The Education Program Consultant (Continuous Improvement - Keystone) role at the Iowa Department of Education supports schools and districts across Northeast Iowa in strengthening special education systems and improving student outcomes. The consultant provides professional learning, technical assistance, and implementation support to educators, helping schools adopt evidence-based practices for students with disabilities and move toward inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
