Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying Family law Attorneys for a direct hire opportunity in Greenville, SC with a growing firm. This firm is seeking an attorney to manage a case load of about 120 hours including settlement and court room activity. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and separation agreements

• Conduct client consultations and develop strategic legal plans

• Appear in court regularly; familiarity with South Carolina’s 365-day rule is essential

• Collaborate with intake and billing departments to ensure smooth case flow

• Maintain accurate billing and meet monthly/quarterly billable hour goals (target: 120 hours/month)

• Utilize Rocket Matter and Box for case and document management

• Work closely with fellow attorneys to share knowledge and strengthen firm-wide practices

Skills and Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (dual licensure in North Carolina is preferred)

• Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing family law in South Carolina or North Carolina

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage a steady caseload and meet billable hour expectations

• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm values

• Comfortable commuting to the Spartanburg location temporarily to fill in • Experience with Rocket Matter (case management system) or Box (file storage)

• Some exposure in estate law

• Owned cases independently

• Experienced with billing
