VIP MTM Stylist & Tailoring Expert

Summary The Made To Measure Specialist provides personalized, high-touch consultation and tailoring services to Paul Smith clients at the Wooster St shop in Soho, New York. This full-time role combines expert product and fit knowledge with a strong sales focus to develop long-term client relationships and drive MTM and retail revenue. The Specialist collaborates with the UK MTM team and retail management to ensure accurate orders and excellent client experiences. Responsibilities Provide expert consultation on fabrics, styles, fits and customization options. Take precise body measurements and manage MTM orders with accuracy. Build and maintain long-term relationships and VIP clientele through private fittings and appointments. Collaborate with UK MTM team and store management to ensure timely production and delivery. Maintain detailed client records, measurements and CRM data. Support in-store events, fittings, consignment business and stock merchandising as needed. Assist with tailoring, alterations logbook, stock levels, receiving deliveries and housekeeping duties. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury fashion sales, ideally within made-to-measure menswear. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and tailoring techniques. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and personalize service.
