Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full-Time- Different Shifts Available
Location: Far East El Paso/ Socorro Area
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining an organized and safe work area.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming products and materials.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and stage products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, shipping, or receiving.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
