Are you a family practice physician with a passion for community health and a heart for underserved populations? Project HOME is seeking a dedicated Physician to join our multidisciplinary team at the Stephen Klein Wellness Center, providing high-quality primary care to residents, neighbors, and individuals experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for children, adults, and pregnant individuals
• Perform basic office procedures and LARC placements
• Collaborate closely with behavioral health staff and social workers for coordinated care
• Deliver patient-centered OB/GYN services with an emphasis on quality and dignity
• Precept medical students and residents, modeling trauma-informed care
• Lead or contribute to community outreach, screenings, and health education events
• Uphold Project HOME's mission of healthcare as a human right
• Contribute to Patient-Centered Medical Home goals and quality improvement efforts

Who You Are

• Graduate of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• CPR certified and committed to evidence-based care
• Preferably experienced in underserved communities or FQHCs
• Proficient in OB/GYN care and minor procedures
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to racial and social equity
• Strong communicator and collaborator across clinical and community environments
