Join the Hardee’s Team as a Backline Cook!
Hardee’s isn’t just about serving food — we’re about serving up quality, speed, and great experiences. As a Backline Cook, you’ll be at the heart of the action, preparing the meals our guests love while keeping safety and quality top of mind.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare menu items accurately, safely, and efficiently according to company standards
- Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment in a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Stock and restock workstations throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment, including regular equipment and surface cleaning
- Communicate with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow prep charts and portion controls to minimize waste and maintain food quality
Who We're Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work well with others
- Prior cooking or kitchen experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
