What You’ll Do:

• Prepare menu items accurately, safely, and efficiently according to company standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment in a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Stock and restock workstations throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean kitchen environment, including regular equipment and surface cleaning
• Communicate with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow prep charts and portion controls to minimize waste and maintain food quality

Who We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work well with others
• Prior cooking or kitchen experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
