Customer Experience Advocate I (Jonesboro, GA) Posting Job Summary: The Customer Experience Advocate I (CXA) interacts directly with potential, new and existing customers. They provide a quality experience in every step of the customer’s journey, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and account retention. CXA serves customer inquiries, order processing, account modifications, and handles complaints in a contact center environment, following up on cases using the customer relationship management system to ensure timely resolution. Key Characteristics Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills in inbound and outbound calls, delivering a positive customer experience. Clear communication with positive language and attentive listening. Remains calm under pressure and collaborates with customers and internal team members. Works with high accuracy and manages time efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities Respond to and process customer calls promptly and professionally. Determine call nature by listening, researching records, and asking clarifying questions. Communicate clearly and respectfully, restating information to ensure understanding. Acknowledge and resolve concerns; promptly escalating complaints when needed. Process orders, forms, applications, requests, and payments accurately. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in case logs. Attend and collaborate in staff meetings and training sessions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Work independently and within contact center teams. Problem‑solving skills and seek guidance when needed. Judgment and independent decision-making within assigned authority levels. Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrating effective customer care uniformly. Effective communication in English – verbal and written. Efficient and accurate use of systems and tools with strong multitasking ability. Education and Experience Required High School Diploma or Equivalent. One to two years customer service experience; contact center preferred. Demonstrated understanding of computer-based tools and programs. Working Conditions Work occurs inside a contact center – potential for 24/7/365 operations in future.
