Primary Responsibilities Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue) Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment Maintain an awareness of all apparel/merchandise options Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise Maintain displays, neatness of store and proper signage Qualifications & Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays Must have a minimum of a high school diploma Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills Must be a team player and work well with others Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store The Team The Rockford IceHogs, founded in 1999 and members of the American Hockey League (AHL), is a premier organization and primary development affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks.
