Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER/ED
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes
• Perform patient assessments and initiate care plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to interventions
• Utilize critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
• CPR and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing
