Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

Coaching and mentorship are provided by agents who are actively producing. Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. Assist in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions, from initial contact to closing. Develop and maintain a robust client base through proactive lead generation and networking activities. Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques. Utilize company-provided systems and tools to manage client interactions and track progress. Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your industry knowledge. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction. Qualifications:

Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear and professional interactions. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a desire to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and success. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing client interactions and tracking progress. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
