We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and expanding primary care program in Great Falls, Montana!

About the Group:
- Established outpatient Family Medicine program supported by 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers
- 100% outpatient practice with Hospitalist coverage for inpatient care
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team within an expanding health system
- Modern Acute Care Hospital with advanced technology and a full range of specialty support
