Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointments, scheduling and office communications Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
