About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse-ICU Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: BLS, ACLS Description: Provides direct patient care in a high-acuity environment. Monitors and manages patient conditions, especially post-surgery. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Educates patients and families regarding diagnosis and care plans. Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records. Responds to life-threatening situations while utilizing knowledge, skills, and judgment. Participates in ongoing education and professional development activities. Adheres to all safety and infection control protocols.
