Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

About the role

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring LPNs and RNs to strengthen our in-house team and reduce reliance on agency. If you want 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team , this is built for you.

Pay & scheduling

Agency-competitive pay packages (based on experience and shift)
12-hour shifts: 7a–7p / 7p–7a
Weekend Baylor available (details discussed during interview)
Shift differentials for nights/weekends (where applicable)
Vacation time + Sick time
Consistent teamwork and real orientation with a preceptor

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a SNF setting
Administer medications and treatments per orders
Assess, document, and communicate changes in condition
Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
Maintain safe, respectful, resident-centered care

Requirements

Active LPN or RN license
SNF/LTC experience preferred (we’ll train the right nurse)
Dependability, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment
