Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to establish customized treatment plans, ensuring their goals and preferences are prioritized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices.

• Monitor and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize care.

• Cultivate partnerships with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care.

• Stay informed about emerging research and innovative treatment strategies for mood disorders.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.

This role primarily focuses on clients struggling with mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
