The Seattle YMCA is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator at Arlington Drive to develop engaging programming for young adults, lead outreach, and foster community partnerships. You will coordinate activities, support staff, and connect residents to real-world learning experiences while guiding program growth and outcomes.
