HUD/VASH Case Manager for Veterans Housing & Care

Case Management Society of America Inc

Case Management Society of America (CMSA) ® is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to function as a case manager for the VA Black Hills HCS - Health Care for Homeless Veterans Program. This role will involve coordinating care for veterans experiencing homelessness, implementing treatment plans, and addressing psychosocial needs. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess the appropriate licensure or certification.
