Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday with weekend rotation
• At least one weekend day required per week
• Work week options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday
• Perform adult echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Utilize Definity contrast and contrast agents
• Handle cardiac diagnoses including shortness of breath and chest pain cases
• Required procedures: 3-D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, TEE
• Phillips equipment experience required
• Cerner charting system experience required
• 2 years of experience required - unit does not accept first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BLS, RDCS (ARDMS), CCI RCS
• Valid Maryland or Compact license required at submission
• Candidates will float within hospital within scope of practice
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
• Virtual modules completed on first day (up to 8 hours, non-billable)
• References required for submission
