The Waterton Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high‑quality rehabilitative care to patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care. Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) | Salary: DOE | Schedule: Flexible Responsibilities Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, and develop appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards. Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients, following regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders. Generate comprehensive discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements. Qualifications Physical Therapy license is required.
