• Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
• Assignment duration: ASAP - Ongoing
• Trauma Level 4
• Patients per Shift: 10
• Beds in Dept: 44
• Cases: 10 patient encounters per shift.
• Average Call Numbers per 24hrs: 10 Phone Consults, 3 Patients Seen, 1 Admission
• Support staff: 4 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 Office Staff
• EMR: Cerner & Athena
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active AZ License or IMLC, BLS, PALS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 14 days
