The Worship Leader/Pastor will lead and oversee all aspects of the worship ministry to create an engaging, authentic, and Spirit-led worship experience. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing worship services, developing the worship team, and fostering a culture of worship within the church community. The Worship Pastor will also work closely with church leadership to align worship services with the church’s vision and mission. In addition to leading the worship ministry, the Associate Pastor will provide support for other ministries and church functions.
