Support the development and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs), risk metrics, thresholds, and other measures of the Company’s risk profile. Monitor risk issues, corrective actions, and remediation activities, partnering with stakeholders to promote timely resolution. Maintain accurate ERM records and support the development and enhancement of risk methodologies, procedures, templates, tools, and program documentation. Partner across business units and corporate functions to strengthen risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Independently manage assigned priorities, exercise sound judgment, and escalated significant matters when appropriate. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. 2+ years of experience in risk management, business analysis, internal audit, compliance, controls, or a related discipline.
