Resolve Freight Agent Network Growth SpecialistResolve is looking for an outgoing, ambitious, and creative person to help us grow our freight agent network and build our presence within the industry.This isn't a traditional recruiting role. You'll be responsible for finding potential freight agents, starting conversations, building relationships, and creating genuine interest in what we're building at Resolve.You'll often be the first person a potential agent interacts with. That means you'll need to understand our Agent Program, communicate our story well, ask good questions, and make a strong first impression.You'll work closely with our Agent Advisors to build a healthy pipeline of prospective agents, develop relationships with candidates, and turn initial interest into meaningful conversations before handing qualified opportunities to the Advisor team.At the same time, you'll help build Resolve's presence in the freight community. You'll be active on LinkedIn, tell our story, showcase our people and culture, engage with the industry, and find creative new ways to get Resolve in front of the right people.Over time, we want you to become a recognizable voice for Resolve within the freight agent community.What You'll DoResearch and identify potential freight agents and agency owners.Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective agents.Use LinkedIn, industry networks, social media, research tools, referrals, and creative sourcing methods to uncover new opportunities.Personally reach out to prospective candidates and start conversations.Speak with potential candidates to understand their business, goals, experience, and interest.Develop a strong understanding of the Resolve Agent Program and confidently communicate what makes our offering different.Build relationships with candidates who may not be ready to make a move today.Create strong, informed handoffs to our Agent Advisors when candidates are ready for the next conversation.Maintain consistent follow-up and accurately manage candidates throughout the sourcing funnel.Stay highly active on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.Help create content that highlights Resolve's people, culture, Agent Program, opportunities, and growth.Engage with people throughout the freight community and create conversations around the Resolve brand.Develop new campaigns, ideas, events, content, referral strategies, and other creative ways to generate agent interest.Continuously look for new places and new ways to find talented people.Work closely with Agent Advisors and leadership to continuously improve how we attract and engage potential agents.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
