Assembler 1

Seeking an Assembler 1 at Won-Door Corporation who will be responsible for assembling commercial door panel sections as part of a collaborative production team. This position plays a vital part in ensuring that product assemblies meet precise specifications, quality standards, and production goals. The Assembler 1 must work with attention to detail while following safety procedures and production protocols in a manufacturing environment. Skills & Abilities

• Ability to read and understand work instructions, blueprints, cutsheets, and sketches.
• Proficient in using a tape measure and performing basic math calculations.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• None required.
• OSHA safety training certification preferred.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 months of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Work Environment

• Indoor manufacturing setting with varying temperatures.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye and ear protection.
• Fast-paced, team-based environment with daily production goals.
