Certified Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

To support the Workday HCM team, the full-time remote Certified Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant will be responsible for optimizing and implementing Workday Advanced Compensation solutions, providing consulting services, and supporting clients during key annual events. Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and production efforts for Workday Advanced Compensation Collaborate with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication Required Qualifications Workday certifications in HCM Core, Core Comp, Advanced Comp, and at least one additional module (Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEX) Experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations Minimum of three years as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm Experience troubleshooting and configuring Workday Advanced Compensation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
