Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Instructional Paraprofessional to join our team at Eustace Primary School. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our student's academic and social development.


Responsibilities:


1. Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and classroom activities.
2. Provide instructional support to students under the supervision of the lead teacher.
3. Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
4. Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
5. Assist students with special needs in areas including personal care and behavioral issues.
6. Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a positive learning environment.
7. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
