Carpenter Laborer (Commercial Construction)

Colorado Springs / Pikes Peak Region

Looking to start or grow your career in construction? We are hiring carpenter laborers who are eager to learn, work hard, and be part of a team. Whether you're helping experienced carpenters, moving materials, or keeping the job site clean, you'll play an important role in building commercial projects throughout the Colorado Springs area.

What You'll Do

• Assist carpenters and construction crews on commercial job sites
• Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and job site organization
• Learn carpentry and construction skills from experienced crew members
• Follow direction from superintendents and lead carpenters
• Help maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Travel to various project locations throughout the Pikes Peak region

What We're Looking For

• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Carpentry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Reliable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Steel-toed boots required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 40-hour work week
• Overtime available based on project needs

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
