Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Overview Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift Schedule Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night shift) Work schedule: 84 hours over two weeks (one week of 3 × 12 h, next week of 4 × 12 h). Every other weekend required. Must work either a major or minor of every holiday. Location & Travel Travel only; local not allowed. Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be submitted. Experience Requirements 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. Level IV trauma or above: 3–6 months. Preferred: Experience with Meditech. Licensing & Credentials Kentucky license or compact license (required for submission). Driver’s license required for submission. Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, NIH Stroke Scale). Floating and Unit Requirements Floating to multiple units within scope of practice only: Rehab, Transfer Unit, ER Hold. All facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two weeks’ pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census or call‑in. Additional Details Travel pairs will not be accepted on the same shift or unit. Pre‑employment modules may be required.
