Veterans Outreach & Housing Support Specialist

USVETS Phoenix

U.S. VETS is seeking an Outreach Specialist to connect veterans experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to housing and comprehensive support services. This role focuses on publicizing services, coordinating referrals, and supporting veterans in access to housing and care.
